Blog #15: Snowed In!
Hey everyone! I just got home after being stuck in Waterloo (about an hour away) for 2 days because of the snow. I’ve been working there, as I wrote before, and I was there Friday for a shift. We got hit with a snow storm Friday afternoon/evening, so I opted to stay at a friend’s house instead of trying to fight my way home. I was due at work in Waterloo again for Saturday morning at 8:30 anyway, so it was just easier to stay.
The fun part came yesterday when I left work at 5:30 and could barely even see the parking lot from the mall entrance. I tried to get to the highway, but I couldn’t, so I called my friend again and said I was on my way. As of this morning, it was 48 hours since I’d been home.
Now that I’m here, I’m hoping to just relax for the day, which means I won’t have an update ready until next weekend (barring any more snow incidents). I apologize for the delay, and hope the next update is worth the wait.

Oh my goodness! Didn’t know the weather was so bad for you! Take Care and try to relax, Bethany. Here in England we have been warned about a huge storm that’s heading our way, with huge tides. So, as I live on the coast, we are all waiting to see what happens in the next 24hours! Global Warming, don’t you just love it!
